The journey of Bharat Bachat began in 2010 when our founder, Neelam Vamsi Krishna Reddy, started his career as a laborer. During this time, he witnessed labor exploitation, low wages, long working hours, and the daily struggles of workers just to survive. With nothing left to save for their future, their hardships inspired him to take action and do something meaningful for the poor and needy.
During his part-time work as a bike taxi driver, the founder noticed small daily deductions in TDS and GST from each ride, amounting to ₹3-₹5 per ride. On calculating these deductions, he found that small amounts added up to significant totals over time, contributing ₹77 in a single day, with ₹23 as TDS alone.
This realization led to the creation of Bharat Bachat's innovative saving model, which helps people save small amounts automatically during their daily transactions.
